The
iPhone 4S finally made its way out the door with Apple and Verizon
Wireless to be far from ingratiating with
a thunderous measure of praise and
admiration coming from the consumer public. For many, this has
been a wait well worth the effort. When you think about it, what else
would you expect?
With a dual-core processor, SIRI, iOS 5,
iCloud, and an image signal processor unit that makes what you produce
with the 4S's new camera a work of art even in low-light, you have
a powerhouse of a smart phone that puts many of the very latest new
smart phones to shame! Yeah, you read that right. It even smoked Sprint's
new Samsung Galaxy II and Verizon's Motorola DROID BIONIC, just to
start.

The
iPhone 4S is not just another new creation in the rivalry seen with
Android OS based Smart Phones. Rather, the
iPhone 4S is a super-charged version of its sibling the iPhone 4...and
more! In this evaluation we will take a different approach in how
we identify the details about the the iPhone 4S than what you see in
most reviews of products.
The "Oops I Broke It Syndrome"
One of the most common things we hear week after week from consumers
is "Oops, I broke it.!" Well, let' say that's
a paraphrased version of the more graphic rendition of what is often
heard.
Let's face it folks, Smart Phones tend to break when dropped. Apple
recognized this issues and has made the iPhone 4S using alumino-silicate
glass which Apple claims is light years ahead in strength against scratches
and breakage than its predecessors. The "Oops
I Broke It Syndrome" event occurrence subdued by great measure.
The Hardware Features
The iPhone 4S steps up the beat from the iPhone 4 with the new
A5 processor. (Yes, that's the one the iPad 2 uses as well.) The
A5 processor improves performance across the whole operating system
which provides a substantial increase in response with the interface
with all screens; no hiccups in performance.
The next feature that really set the pace is "Siri". Siri is a
voice-recognition
software assistant app for iPhone 4S iOS.
It uses natural
language processing to answer questions, make recommendations,
and perform actions by delegating requests to an expanding set
of web
services. It would take an entirely new article just to try and cover
all of the things you can do with Siri. Most important of all,
it is an intelligent processing app that literally learns and adapts
to the use of each phone's user!
For camera nuts out there, the new camera with the iPhone 4S is
a definite upgrade from past. Faster and more effective use
of the camera with a whopping eight megapixels and practically
instant response without the delay we have seen in many of the latest
Android smart phones. 1080p video or still shots, take your pick because you
will find the same exceptional quality, easy framing and functionality
in both modes, even in low light! In all of our testing, hot/cold
environments, low-light/bright-light, fast-motion, or just average
shooting, the performance just
couldn't be matched with consistent results no matter how many
times repeated.
iCloud is now on the scene providing a new option that is literally
priceless Wireless iTunes syncing with the iPhone
4S is now a dream come true;
no more having to connect with a USB cable to sync iTunes! iCloud
allows you to have your apps, music, books, and whatever else available
straight away to sync with your iPhone and/or exchange with multiple computers,
and at no extra cost!. One of the most impressive factors here is
that when you sync, you are loading only the content you want at
that time, not the entire library of music you own.
Battery life with the iPhone 4S is far better than some of the nays ayers
claim. We have been testing the iPhone 4S with Netflix, You Tube, games,
texting since
the first day the phone was available yet it has remained consistent with
the specs outlined by Apple. Granted, some apps tend to pull the
resources more than other, depending upon the user, but the results
speak for themselves.
Using the iPhone 4S in replacement of their usual smart phone they
usually rely upon, the consumers who participated in our studies had no
complaints of short battery life or any failures.
There is so much more we could cover here in far greater detail but our independent
evaluators have their own feedback to follow and who would be better to give
you real-use feedback than someone you know who owns an iPhone 4S?
This article is designed to give you a semi-concise brief on the iPhone 4S's
features and the primary reasons why it passed our strict evaluation.

I put Siri to use by asking her to tell me where the nearest flea control stores
are. Within seconds I had a list of multiple locations of pet stores as well
as two commercial pest control companies."

our hands-on evaluation of the iPhone 4S it was a more unique challenge
than most. When you have an
abundance of products as we did, sometimes items can tend to grow
some legs and jump in someone's pocket. After all, the iPhone
4S was drawing more attention than any other product we had brought! Despite
the challenge, the event went off flawlessly with the iPhone 4S
really strutting its stuff. |

Ease of use was quite simple to establish the final rating score in this evaluation
category. By all rights, the iPhone 4S has re-written the book on
simplicity. Every facet of the iPhone 4S is so simple and easy to understand
how to use it for maximum benefit.
We found that even consumers who are not familiar with the iPhone 4S there
is no challenge for them to become acquainted with it. Granted, other
smart phones may have a good rating on ease of use but they don't Siri either.
We found that a large number of people who were involved in some portion of our
evaluation of the iPhone 4S and it was their first experience with an
iPhone, expressed they had a more favorable opinion of the iPhone 4S than
other smart phones they have been considering buying. When asked what their
reasoning for this was, the same response came back almost every time; "It's
so easy to use and fast!"
Even a blind man or woman, (no pun intended), can easily identify the
ease of use of the iPhone

The iPhone 4S pulled the stops out in this evaluation category
for Functionality. In today's society whether in consumer or business
use, a smart phone play a crucial role in communication, task scheduling, recreation,
or a combination of these and more. The iPhone 4S fulfills the needs
in most any of these demands. It is a powerhouse of speed, quick response to
the touch, and as many of our consumer hands-on evaluation participants put it,
"No more of those screen lockups or extended delays!"
In every instance we set the iPhone 4S to task to complete a specific
goal in operation, it was never lacking or failing in error. The iPhone
4S creates a whole new level of functionality in operation, dependability
and speed. The iPhone 4S pulled a score of [5]

Determining the level of Hybrid-Use™ with
the iPhone 4S was a no-brainer to establish.
Whether a person is an IT tech specialist or a housewife consumer,
the iPhone 4S fulfills the demands in the moment needed the
most.
We found that even in educational
facilities ranging from elementary school to a State University, the
iPhone 4S was the dominant choice for effectiveness. The iPhone
4S easily adapts to use in multiple environments which makes
it being recognized for Hybrid-Use™ unquestionable.

Marketability:
Rating Level - [4.5]
Determining the level of Marketability, was once again,
a no-brainer to establish. Regardless of the position of a person ranging from
scientist to housewife, the facts still remain the same. The iPhone
4S has the perfect combination of features + price point + results. When
a product has such a perfect combination of these elements, the level of marketability
obviously will reflect that and this is where the features + price point + results grabs
the brass ring with record sales to date to prove it.
In every public mall and retail store we visited, the
iPhone 4S wowed the people who had the opportunity to work with it yet
there were a few people who had complaints about the battery life of the iPhone
4S. If a person uses the iPhone 4S optimized to the very
best level of battery use, it will without question meet the specs quoted by
Apple.
Another nice feature about the iPhone 4S is the fact of it having a
memory card slot BUT it is screwed shut so a consumer is not supposed to be opening
it up and swapping the default memory card out for larger one. The iPhone
4S really pulled the high scores in this evaluation category yet the two
concerns referenced earlier cause a 1/2 point ding in the rating score. The
iPhone 4S successfully pulled an almost perfect score of [4.5]

Unique Value: Rating
Level - [5]
Unique Value is a very interesting evaluation
category to consider in the review of a product. In this case,
we are looking at the unique value that the iPhone 4S holds
in comparison with other smart phones. We could easily say that Siri
is clearly an element of the iPhone 4S design that gives it
a strong measure of unique value and that would be true, yet there
is more to it.
When you combine each of the features of the iPhone 4S and
Siri together, now you are looking at the full definition of why the
iPhone 4S literally screams from the mountain tops of its
own unique value. The iPhone 4S is a one and only in
its own class of smart phones and passes this segment of our evaluation
with a perfect score of [5]
